Job Description:
As Evolution Chamber’s Evolution Success & Sales Manager you will be accountable for all elements of ensuring systems between trainers and members are met, create daily communications with current members to strengthen retention, watch and follow sales protocols to on-board new members through conducting assessments. The 3 pillars of this role is: 1. Sales and Lead Follow-up | 2. Member Success and Accountability 3. Operations Management And Trainer
Roles:
- Create a studio culture that ensures tribe member engagement
- Call and message members daily based on member attendance
- Conduct sales assessments to convert prospects into tribe members.
- Conduct 4-week evolution evaluations for each member to increase brand loyalty, gather insights on updated body composition and update microgoals.
- Enthusiastically greet and communicate with each client before + after each session and motivate.
- Oversee each member's diet's daily posted on our mobile application.
- Ensure systems between trainers, clients and managers are strong to allow us to provide clients their evolution as fast as humanly possible smoothly. Keep track of KPI’s.
Requirements:
- MUST BE VERY CONFIDENT AND ENTHUSIASTIC when communicating with tribe members.
- (Preferred) A Personal Training Cert. of Any Kind (ACE,NASM,CANFITPRO,ISSA,ETC.)
- Must be passionate and knowledgeable in both the fitness industry and sales.
- Must have diet-based knowledge.
- (Preffered) 1 year minimum of customer service and / or sales experience.
- Must continuously solve problems if, and when they arise, in regards to scheduling errors, sales objections and client evolution concerns.
- Must have a COMPLETE understanding of our brand’s vision, playbook, standards and convey that to members
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $57,000.00-$67,000.00 per year
