Empire Homes is seeking a Director, Sales Operations! In this position, you will play a pivotal role in aligning our sales strategies with business objectives by driving sales growth, delivering a unified customer experience, and contributing to the overall success and profitability of the company. You will lead the sales process, use data to drive business decisions, and implement/monitor technology tools to support sales goals. Additionally, you will lead and optimize the end-to-end sales process by leveraging sales data and collaborating with on-site agents to identify trends, forecast sales, and implement recommendations to improve sales effectiveness and operational efficiency.
This role is located at our
Empire Canada Head Office in Vaughan, ON. This posting is for a replacement position. The expected annual salary range for this role in $150,000 - $190,000/year. This position is also eligible to participate in our short-term incentive program.

What We Are Looking For
- 7+ years of experience working in a sales and operations role, predominately low-rise residential.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
- Homebuilding industry experience is mandatory with demonstrated success leading centralized sales operations and supporting multiple active communities.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Results-oriented mindset.
- Valid “G” drivers’ licence with expectation to drive to sites in Western Ontario including but not limited to Niagara, Brantford, Caledonia, and Kitchener.

What You’ll Be Doing Each Day
- Develop sales strategies aligned with Empire’s growth objectives across all active communities
- Optimize existing sales processes and ensure continuous improvement within operations, administration, and on-site sales.
- Maintain quality and consistency in our sales data and ensure all systems are optimized including Newstar and Salesforce.
- Analyze sales data to support and measure the impact of the sales and marketing programs currently in place.
- Manage the sales goals, projections, and processes, and plan the strategies to achieve the sales goals.
- Creating and managing our automated sales tools to increase the sales process efficiency.
- Implement and manage our sales force CRM tool to maximize opportunities and customer experience
- Champion a unified and consistent customer experience across all sales touchpoints.
- Serve as the central point of sales operations data and intelligence for the division, leveraging and synthesizing a range of quantitative and qualitative data sources.
- Provide incentives and promotion recommendations based on the marketplace in collaboration with market research.
- Monitors inventory levels at all communities and make recommendations on future product/phase launches.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the sales administration team approving all amendments to agreements, deposit extensions requests, etc.
- Oversee, coach, train, and mentor a team of Sales Professionals, Sales Operations and with the goals of improved response time, deal velocity, closing rates, forecasting accuracy, and customer engagement.
- Build and maintain broker and agent relationships.
- Plan broker events to build Empire’s brand presence in the market place.
- Work closely with our direct buyers and brokers and external sales team.
- Forecast and manage sales operations budget.
- Regular travel to sales offices and active communities is required.
