Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Role Overview
The CFO will provide strategic financial leadership across our organization's design, manufacturing, and turnkey execution verticals. This role is critical in driving financial discipline, sustainable growth, and informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
- Oversee accounting, taxation, audits, cash flow, and working capital management
- Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance (GST, TDS, corporate laws)
- Provide strategic insights to leadership for expansion, investments, and risk management
- Strengthen financial controls, reporting frameworks, and governance practices
Qualifications & Skills
- Chartered Accountant / MBA (Finance)
- Strong leadership experience in construction, interiors, or manufacturing environments
- Expertise in project-based costing and financial modeling
- High integrity, strategic mindset, and stakeholder management skills
