Company Overview
The business is a UK-headquartered, enterprise cybersecurity software company serving large, complex organisations across regulated industries. Its core platform sits above existing security and infrastructure tools, aggregating large volumes of enterprise data and applying advanced analytics to deliver visibility, prioritisation, and decision support across very large environments.
The company operates a high-value, enterprise commercial model with long-term customer relationships and significant recurring software revenue. It is already at meaningful revenue scale, has been profitable for much of its history, and has recently taken on institutional capital to support a planned scale-up of product, go-to-market, and international operations.
