Revenue Operations Analyst/ Senior Analyst
Location: Chennai
We’re hiring a Revenue Operations Analyst for a fast-growing B2B SaaS company. This role sits at the intersection of data and go-to-market strategy, supporting Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leaders with insights that directly impact growth.
This is ideal for someone early in their career who enjoys working with numbers, ambiguity, and real business problems, not just dashboards.
What You’ll Do
- Analyze pipeline, revenue, and funnel data across GTM teams
- Pull, clean, and analyze data from CRMs and internal systems
- Build reports and ad-hoc analyses to support forecasting and growth decisions
- Partner with revenue leaders to turn ambiguous questions into clear insights
- Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities across the revenue engine
- Experiment with modern analytics and AI-enabled tools
Who We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years of experience, ideally from analytics/consulting firms (Tiger Analytics, Mu Sigma, etc.)
- Strong academic background (IIT, NIT, or similar preferred)
- Open to early-stage startup experience straight out of college
- Excellent Excel / Google Sheets skills (non-negotiable)
- Comfortable with numbers, math, and messy, unstructured data
- Experience supporting Sales, Marketing, or CS teams with data
- Curiosity about AI, analytics, and modern data stacks
