We are profitable, bootstrapped, and trusted by over 75,000 active users across 25 countries. Now, we are ready for the next "Factor X" growth phase.
To support this evolution, we are restructuring into a scalable Product-Tribe-Organisation, introducing a dedicated Go-to-Market (GTM) Tribe. We are looking for a visionary Chief Sales Officer (CSO) to transition us from founder-led sales to a professionalized, process-driven revenue machine.
🎯 Your Mission
Reporting directly to the Founder / Managing Director, you will act as the strategic leader of the GTM Tribe. You will collaborate closely with the CPO and Engineering teams to ensure our market feedback loop remains continuous and effective.
- Scale Revenue & Own the Number: Take full ownership of our Net New ARR target. You will drive expansion beyond our current strongholds, diversifying our client base across different sectors and European markets.
- Build the Playbook: We have the technology; you build the engine. Develop and implement a repeatable enterprise sales playbook that shortens sales cycles and increases win rates against legacy competitors.
- Lead the GTM Tribe: Move beyond just "managing sales." Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performance team of Account Executives and SDRs, establishing clear KPIs and a culture of excellence.
- Strategic Valuation: Support the founders in upcoming financing rounds by articulating our value not just as a tool, but as a "Strategic AI Asset," maximizing company valuation.
- Bridge Tech & Commerce: Act as the critical link between our unique AI capabilities and the commercial requirements of the enterprise market.

We are a data-driven, AI-first organization. We are looking for a leader who combines sales grit with analytical rigor.
- Proven Scale-Up Experience: You have a track record in high-value B2B SaaS sales, specifically taking a startup from €1M to €10M+ ARR.
- AI Literacy: You understand that AI is more than a buzzword. You can articulate how Generative AI and NLP create tangible business outcomes—moving from "AI-hype" to "AI-Outcome."
- Leadership DNA: 5+ years of experience in Software/Enterprise sales with a history of building and leading teams.
- Strategic Communication: Native/Fluent German and English are non-negotiable for our DACH-focused enterprise client base.
- Data-Driven Mindset: You base decisions on evidence and metrics, not assumptions, aligning with our internal operational principles.
