Who are you?
As a Revenue Operations Associate at Venn, you’ll help power the operational backbone of our go-to-market organization. This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance, and plays a critical role in turning data into insight, insight into action, and action into predictable growth. It’s an ideal opportunity for someone who is highly analytical, technically curious, and excited to build scalable systems and processes in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to optimize revenue processes, forecasting, and reporting
- Build and maintain executive-level dashboards that provide real-time visibility into KPIs, pipeline health, and financial performance
- Identify operational inefficiencies and implement automated workflows using ETL tools, AI-driven solutions, and process automation
- Support revenue forecasting and pipeline analysis to improve predictability and decision-making
- Assist in designing, modeling, and analyzing compensation plans to ensure alignment with business objectives and performance outcomes
- Support pricing, profitability, and revenue optimization initiatives through data analysis and scenario modeling
- Prepare clear, concise presentations and reports for executive leadership and board-level discussions
- Maintain strong data hygiene and consistency across systems to ensure accuracy and trust in reporting
What You Will Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, MIS, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree a plus)
- 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Strategic Finance, Analytics, or Consulting within a B2B SaaS environment
- Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling, scenario analysis, and automation
- Experience working with BI tools (e.g., Power BI) to build dashboards and executive reporting
- Familiarity with ETL processes, data integration platforms, and modern analytics tooling
- Strong understanding of SaaS metrics such as ARR, churn, CAC, LTV, pipeline, and conversion rates
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights for senior stakeholders
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple teams and priorities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
