Job Title: Business Operations & Finance Coordinator
Location: Hackney Wick Office + Remote (+ international travel for events)
Salary: Full time. £30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience

We work with ambitious brands and move quickly, which means strong internal operations are essential. We’re now hiring an Operations & Finance Coordinator to support both founders and help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the business. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role ideal for someone organised, proactive, and confident working across executive support, finance administration, and office operations.

The Role
You will report directly to the founders and work closely with the wider HAUS team.
The position sits at the heart of HAUS and supports three ares:
Executive Support (Founders)
- Full diary management of two founders
- Inbox triage and drafting responses where appropriate
- Travel booking and meeting coordination
- Document organisation and filing
- General administrative support
Finance Administration
- Matching and coding expenses in Xero
- Bank and credit card reconciliations
- Preparing invoices for approval and processing payments
- Maintaining supplier records
- Supporting the setup and upkeep of Paprika (of similar finance tracking systems)
- Ensuing financial paperwork is organised and audit-ready

Office & Business Operations
- Managing office supplies and snacks
- Coordinating birthdays and small team moments
- Liaising with suppliers
- Keeping the office environment is organised and welcoming
- Supporting light internal process documentation
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years in administrative EA, office management or finance support role
- Confident using Xero (nice to have)
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Proactive - you spot problems before they escalate
- Comfortable supporting founders in a fast-paced environment
- Able to manage multiple priorities calmly.
Bonus:
- Experience in an agency or events environment
- Experience setting up financial systems or improving admin workflows

- Founders diaries run smoothly with minimal oversight
- Inboxes are organised and prioritised
- Finance administration is accurate and up to dates
- Supplier payments are processed efficiently
