We are seeking a highly organised, analytical, and commercially minded Sales Operations Manager to support and optimise our global sales function. This person will be responsible for managing our HubSpot CRM, help designing efficient sales and reporting processes while ensuring our commercial teams around the world have the tools and structure needed to hit revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
HubSpot CRM Ownership
Serve as the internal owner of HubSpot: maintain the CRM platform architecture, data structure, fields, rules, workflows and integrations.
Ensure CRM integrity, data hygiene, lead routing, and lifecycle stage compliance
Build dashboards, automation rules, sequences, and deal tracking workflows including opportunity stages, qualification criteria, and pipeline management standards.
Tooling & Technology Stack
Commercial Analytics & Reporting (if you are up to the challenge)
Build accurate forecasting and revenue projections.
Track and analyse conversion rates, win/loss insights, deal cycle time, rep productivity metrics.
Provide sales performance reporting to the leadership team.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or similar using HubSpot.
Deep understanding of HubSpot CRM (mandatory)
Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in Excel/Sheets and data-driven reporting.
