About the Role
We are looking for a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to own and scale the company’s end-to-end revenue engine across India. This is a leadership role for someone who has built large, complex GTM motions - working with distributors, system integrators, and enterprise customers, particularly real-estate developers and large projects.
As CRO, you will be responsible for translating a strong product and technology foundation into predictable, scalable revenue. You’ll work closely with the CEO, Product, and Engineering to shape market strategy while staying deeply connected to execution on the ground. It’s for a builder who has carried targets, managed national teams, and understands how real deals get done in India.
What You’ll Do
- Own revenue, growth, and market expansion across all customer segments
- Define and execute the go-to-market strategy across direct sales, distributors, and system integrators
- Build and manage national partnerships with channel partners, EPCs, and integrators
- Lead enterprise and institutional sales to real-estate developers, large projects, and strategic accounts
- Build, mentor, and scale high-performing sales, BD, and channel teams across regions
- Establish sales processes, pricing models, incentive structures, and forecasting rigor
- Work closely with Product and Engineering to influence roadmap based on market signals
- Represent the company with senior external stakeholders—CXOs, partners, regulators, and investors
- Own CRM discipline, pipeline health, and quarterly execution metrics
What You Bring
- 20+ years of experience in revenue leadership, sales, or GTM roles
- Proven track record of pan-India revenue ownership and scaling teams across regions
- Deep experience working with distributors, system integrators, and channel-led models
- Strong background selling to real-estate developers, infrastructure projects, or enterprise customers
- Experience in hardware, IoT, energy, building automation, or infra-tech is a strong plus
- Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels
- Strong people leadership—you’ve built and led large, distributed teams
- Commercially sharp, data-driven, and comfortable with ambiguity
- Founder-mindset: ownership, accountability, and bias toward action
