About the Role:
They are seeking a strategic and visionary CFO to provide financial leadership, drive business growth, and strengthen financial operations across the organization. This role will be instrumental in supporting the company’s complex corporate finance structures, and enabling strategic initiatives such as ESOP implementation, listed company stock management, and long-term revenue planning. The CFO will also oversee the financial operations of companies mega factory, subsidiaries, and non-profit initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Strategy & Planning
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term revenue strategy
- Evaluate financial viability and ROI of strategic initiatives, digital transformation projects, and new business ventures
- Develop strategies for optimising cash flow, reducing working capital cycles, and managing credit policies with vendors and customers
2. ERP & System Integration
- Partner with IT and Digital Transformation teams to ensure SAP and integrated systems (CRM, MES, WMS, DMS) provide accurate, real-time financial data
- Leverage integrated system insights for improved decision-making, reporting, and process optimization
3. Performance Management & Analytics
- Define and monitor KPIs for order fulfilment, profitability, and customer performance (e.g., OTIF)
- Conduct detailed payroll analysis, identifying month-to-month variations and ensuring compliance with company policies
- Provide actionable insights for operational efficiency and financial performance improvement
4. ESOP & Listed Company Financial Management
- Implement and manage Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOP) and related compliance
- Oversee financial strategy and reporting for listed company shares, ensuring regulatory compliance and investor confidence
5. Customer & Vendor Financial Management
- Sponsor the financial aspects of the Customer Portal, including visibility of pending payments and secure transactions
- Define and monitor credit policies, optimize working capital, and reduce operational cycle times
6. Risk Management & Compliance
- Ensure robust internal financial controls, risk management frameworks, and compliance with statutory, tax, and audit requirements
- Oversee financial governance for subsidiaries, mega factory operations, and non-profit initiatives (BIRF)
7. Strategic Business & Corporate Development
- Provide financial guidance for new company formation, expansion projects, and incubated ventures under BIRF
- Evaluate funding requirements, investment opportunities, and financial structuring of subsidiaries
8. Team Leadership & Organisational Development
- Lead and mentor the finance and accounting teams across all business units and subsidiaries
- Foster a culture of accuracy, strategic thinking, and proactive financial management

Department: Finance
Education: CA or CPA/CFA with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting; MBA highly desirable.
Experience: 15+ years of progressive finance experience, including CFO/Finance Director role in EMS Industries
Reporting To: Managing Director / CEO
