1. Sales Process & Operations Management
Streamline and manage end-to-end sales processes for efficiency and accuracy.
Ensure adherence to sales policies, pricing guidelines, and compliance requirements.
Maintain and update sales playbooks, processes, and SOPs.
2. CRM & Data Management
Own CRM hygiene: account creation, pipeline accuracy, forecasting updates, and data validation.
Generate daily/weekly/monthly dashboards and reports for leadership.
Track lead lifecycle, funnel movement, and conversion metrics.
3. Sales Forecasting & Performance Tracking
Support sales leaders with quarterly and monthly forecasting.
Analyse regional performance, gaps, and growth opportunities.
Provide insights on product mix, deal velocity, and revenue trends.
4. Coordination Across Departments
Work closely with Finance, Pre-Sales, Delivery, and Procurement for quote-to-cash alignment.
Act as the bridge between sales team and internal operations to remove bottlenecks.
Support end-to-end execution of deals including documentation, approvals, and compliance.
5. Proposal, Quote & Tender Support
Assist sales team with preparing proposals, BOQs, pricing sheets, and RFP responses.
Ensure proposals meet brand, technical, and commercial standards.
Maintain repository of templates, case studies, and standard documentation.
6. Training & Enablement
Organise regular product, solution, and process trainings for sales teams.
Onboard new sales joiners with tools, processes, and portfolio understanding.
Maintain knowledge base, sales kits, and reference materials.
7. Tools & Automation
Manage sales tools such as CRM, CPQ, quoting tools, and dashboards.
Identify areas for automation to improve productivity.
Work with IT/CoE to implement improvements or new tool features.
8. Governance & Compliance
Ensure documentation completeness for audits and internal controls.
Support contract vetting, NDA/SoW processing, and approval flows.
Monitor adherence to credit, payment, and commercial guidelines.
9. Incentives & Sales Compensation Support
Validate sales achievements for incentive calculation.
Support monthly/quarterly performance audits.
Track target achievements and milestones.
10. Leadership Support
Provide analytical insights to Sales Heads for decision-making.
Assist in annual planning, territory mapping, and quota setting.
Participate in strategic sales initiatives and special projects.
