Job Title: Sales Operations Specialist

About the Role:
We're seeking a detail-oriented Sales Excellence Specialist to optimize lead assignment processes on a short-term pre-assignment basis. You'll ensure accurate, timely distribution of sales leads to drive revenue growth, focusing on high-quality leads, and cohort-based lead assignments, plus corrections for precision
Key Responsibilities
Execute lead assignments across categories: RTA (Real-Time Assignment), HQ (High Quality leads), and Cohort-Based models
Perform lead assignment corrections, prioritizing Target City alignment and differentiation between Online/Offline cohorts
Review and validate lead data for accuracy, resolving discrepancies to minimize errors and maximize sales conversion
Collaborate with sales teams to refine assignment rules and improve cohort matching efficiency
Track assignment metrics (e.g., volume, accuracy rate, turnaround time) and report weekly insights for process optimization
Handle ad-hoc queries from sales reps on lead routing and corrections
.Requirements
1-2 years in sales operations, lead management, or CRM tools (e.g.,Lead square, Runo, ERP)
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data sorting, filtering, and cohort analysis
Familiarity with sales lead lifecycle, including real-time (RTA) and territory-based assignments
Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle high-volume tasks under tight deadlines
Basic understanding of online/offline sales cohorts and target city mapping
Bachelor's degree; sales or business background preferred
