Job Title: Head of Belfort Operations (Outbound Sales Ops)

About the Role
We are hiring a Head of Belfort Ops to build, scale, and run our centralized outbound calling engine. This role owns end-to-end outbound execution across all company products using Belfort, our internal outbound sales platform.
You will be responsible for people, process, performance, and platform discipline, ensuring predictable, high-quality sales conversations and outbound pipeline at scale.
This is a high-ownership, metrics-driven role, working closely with founders and sales leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Own outbound calling outcomes across all company products and ensure consistent delivery of qualified appointments and pipeline
- Hire, onboard, train, and manage a remote team of outbound callers
- Define and track productivity, quality, and performance benchmarks
- Ensure 100% outbound calling is executed via Belfort, with full adoption of scripts, dashboards, and feedback loops
- Create, test, and optimize calling scripts, cadences, and outbound campaigns
- Document winning playbooks and scale best practices across teams
- Optimize cost per call and cost per appointment while maintaining quality
- Build and maintain a scalable, resilient, remote-first outbound operation
Key Metrics & Accountability
- Appointments booked vs targets
- Sales-accepted lead (SAL) rate
- Pipeline value generated through outbound calling
- Cost per appointment
- Caller productivity and quality scores
- 100% Belfort usage and script adherence
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 7–12 years of experience in outbound sales operations, inside sales, or call center leadership
- Proven experience managing 30–100+ remote callers
- Strong process, metrics, and systems orientation
- Comfortable working closely with founders and senior sales leaders
- High ownership mindset with experience building scalable systems

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
