General Responsibilities:
- Sales Pipeline & CRM Hygiene, Sales Pipeline Reports & Dashboards
- Track key metrics on Business Units, Service Lines & Customers/Accounts and provide snapshot of vital stats in advance for client meetings.
- Tracking Renewals/Repeat business and working with Salespersons & Delivery Teams to ensure follow-up and completion.
- Conduct basic market / client research and communicate findings.
- Be on the top of numbers/facts with respect to the Sales Pipeline, Wins/Losses & Business Units/Departments.
- Win & Loss Analysis
Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduation/Post Graduation in Finance / Commerce / Management.
- Well versed with MS Office especially with Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.
- Extremely organized with good time-management skills.
- Familiarity, understanding & experience in CRM (NetSuite/Salesforce preferred).
- Salesforce Reports & Dashboards (CRM Admin experience would be a plus).
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and inquisitive.
- Advanced analytical skills and knowledge.
- Intermediate presentation and written communication skills.
- Research skills and knowledge.
- Intermediate business acumen and demonstrated application.
