Job Overview
This position will work directly with Sales, Finance, Operations, and TA Teams to support our sales team. Our goal is to provide timely and accurate assistance to help them manage their selling efforts. This is a fast-paced and constantly evolving sales environment that requires excellent communication skills as well as the ability to multi-task and work under and towards a deadline.
General Responsibilities
- Become a subject-matter-expert for key activities within the sales process.
- Support key change initiatives with data & analytics and/or program management.
- Sales Pipeline & CRM Hygiene, Sales Pipeline Reports & Dashboards
- Track key metrics on Business Units, Service Lines & Customers/Accounts and provide snapshot of vital stats in advance for client meetings.
- Sales compensation tracking and support.
- Tracking Renewals/Repeat business and working with Salespersons & Delivery Teams to ensure follow-up and completion.
- Conduct basic market / client research and communicate findings.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduation/Post Graduation in Finance / Commerce / Management.
- Well versed with MS Office especially with Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.
- Extremely organized with good time-management skills.
- Familiarity, understanding & experience in CRM (NetSuite/Salesforce preferred).
- Salesforce Reports & Dashboards (CRM Admin experience would be a plus).
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and inquisitive.
- Advanced analytical skills and knowledge.
- Intermediate presentation and written communication skills.
- Research skills and knowledge.
- Intermediate business acumen and demonstrated application.
Preferred Qualifications / Skills
- Ready to take initiative, ownership & roll up the sleeves to get the job done.
- Readiness to change and also embrace the change. Strong ability to deal with ambiguity.
- Good understanding of companies' financial metrics & quantitative abilities.
