About the Role
We’re partnering with our client, a fast-growing B2B SaaS company transforming how industrial organizations plan and manage their operations. As the company continues to scale its go-to-market motion, they are hiring a Sales Operations Manager to bring structure, insight, and operational excellence to a growing sales team.
This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Revenue, and Operations. You’ll play a critical role in building scalable processes, improving data quality, and enabling sales leadership with the insights needed to drive predictable growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own and optimize sales processes across the full funnel (lead → close → expansion)
- Manage and improve CRM usage, data integrity, and reporting
- Build and maintain dashboards, forecasts, and KPIs for sales leadership
- Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to align on pipeline, targets, and performance
- Support territory planning, quota setting, and compensation tracking
- Identify friction points in the sales process and implement scalable solutions
- Evaluate, implement, and manage sales tools (CRM, enablement, analytics)
- Act as a strategic partner to sales leadership during a key growth phase
What They’re Looking For
- 2–6 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related role
- Prior experience in a B2B SaaS company is required
- Startup experience is essential (comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Hands-on experience with CRMs (Salesforce or similar) and reporting tools
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, cross-functional mindset
- A builder mentality — you enjoy creating processes, not just running them
