We’re hiring a Senior Business Operations Analyst to help drive operational change across a global InsurTech organisation.
This role sits at the intersection of operations, data, and technology, with a clear mandate to deliver change — embedding automation and AI into business-as-usual, not just designing them on paper.
What you’ll do
- Own business analysis and operational change initiatives
- Translate complex business problems into deliverable solutions
- Identify, shape, and support automation and AI use cases
- Drive adoption of new processes, workflows, and tools
- Work closely with ops, tech, and senior stakeholders
What we’re looking for
- Experience delivering change, not just documenting it
- Background in insurance, FS, or consulting
- Strong ops / BA skillset with automation exposure
- Comfortable influencing stakeholders and driving adoption
- London-based and happy with a high in-office presence
