This is a 6-12 months contract, with hybrid working pattern, offering up to £427.21 per day –37.5 hrs/week – (PAYE). This role is open for a limited time. You will lead annual and in-year planning processes, ensuring best practices in execution and driving accountability across the organization. - Establish strategic clarity by driving the creation of growth strategies, championing high-impact initiatives, and facilitating strategic decision-making.

- Drive organizational accountability, support swift decision-making, and implement continuous improvement processes for enhanced operational efficiency.
- Define, implement, and champion proven frameworks, best practices, tools, and templates that are repeatable, durable, and scalable across the organization.
- Lead change by building strong trust-based teams, developing thoughtful change strategies, and effectively coaching and influencing cross-functional teams.
- Solve complex customer problems and business challenges using a structured approach, developing recommendations to shape organizational strategy, enhance operating systems, and improve business efficiency.
