We’re supporting a global technology-led organisation with a strong international presence to hire a Business Operations Principal within their International business unit.
This is a senior, high-impact role sitting between strategy and execution. You’ll partner closely with Product and Go-To-Market leaders to shape growth priorities, translate strategy into clear operating plans, and ensure consistent delivery across the business.
What you’ll do
- Shape and clarify growth priorities and strategy
- Translate strategy into actionable operating plans
- Lead annual and in-year planning cycles
- Track progress, manage dependencies, and flag risks early
- Improve decision-making, prioritisation, and execution across teams
- Build scalable frameworks, tools, and operating rhythms
- Act as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders across Product and GTM
What we’re looking for
- Background in Business Operations, Strategy, Consulting, Transformation, or Chief of Staff-type roles
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Comfortable operating with ambiguity and senior leadership
- Highly structured, analytical, and execution-focused
- Experience working cross-functionally across Product, Sales, Marketing, or Operations
