EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER & CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER | DIGITAL SERVICES INDUSTRY | GERRARDS CROSS, BUCKINGHAMSHIRE | £50,000 TO £65,000 PER ANNUM | 5 DAYS IN OFFICE | PERMANENT POSITION
THE OPPORTUNITY
We are delighted to be partnering with a highly respected UK-based construction and infrastructure software business that plays a critical role in helping organisations operate safely, compliantly and commercially across the built environment.
As the company continues to grow and evolve, they are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support their Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer. This is a senior-impact EA role at the heart of the business, suited either to an established C-suite Executive Assistant or to a high-performing senior EA ready to step up into a true C-suite environment.
What matters most is capability, ambition and a genuine desire to grow with the role.
THE ROLE
This is a trusted right-hand position to two senior leaders, requiring sound judgement, discretion and exceptional organisation. You will bring structure, clarity and momentum to complex priorities, helping the CFO and COO operate at pace while ensuring governance, communication and execution remain robust.
You will support leadership meetings, executive communications, reporting cycles and key decision-making, working closely with senior stakeholders across the business to ensure everything is well prepared, followed through and aligned.
This is a role for an EA who enjoys responsibility, thrives in a fast-moving environment and wants to be closely involved in how a business is run.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT
This is a full-time, five-day-a-week office-based role in a modern, high-tech, open-plan environment. The culture is collaborative, delivery-focused and no-ego, with teams working closely across functions.
You will be supporting two highly engaged, approachable leaders who value their EA partnership and see this role as pivotal to the pace, clarity and success of the organisation. Flexibility is important, but so is visibility and being part of the leadership rhythm of the business.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Acting as trusted right hand to the CFO and COO
- Preparing leadership meetings, papers, actions and follow-up
- Managing the corporate calendar, reporting cycles and governance deadlines
- Tracking KPIs and supporting business reporting
- Supporting HR processes including onboarding and recruitment coordination
- Liaising with solicitors, landlords, developers and local authorities
- Supporting key stakeholder relationships
- Creating efficiencies through systems, automation and better ways of working
- Protecting executive time and managing priorities
- Handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Bringing calm, clarity and structure to a busy leadership environment
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Experience supporting senior leaders in a complex, fast-paced environment
- Strong organisation, judgement and project management capability
- Confidence working with data, KPIs and commercial information
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication
- High levels of discretion and professionalism
- Strong Microsoft Office, SharePoint and Teams skills
- A proactive, resilient, solutions-focused mindset
PACKAGE
- £50,000 to £65,000 per annum (depending on experience)
- 25 days holiday (increasing with service) plus bank holidays
