About the Role
We’re looking for a driven GTM & Growth Lead to help accelerate Waveful’s user growth and market expansion. You’ll work at the intersection of marketing, product, and analytics to experiment, launch, and scale growth initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience building growth engines at a high-velocity startup.
What You’ll Do
- Execute and iterate on go-to-market strategies for new features, launches, and experiments
- Identify and test growth channels (social, creator partnerships, referrals, community, paid, etc.)
- Collaborate closely with product, content, and marketing teams to drive acquisition and activation
- Run growth experiments across the funnel (acquisition, activation, retention, referral)
- Analyze performance metrics, user behavior, and experiment results to inform decisions
- Help build scalable growth playbooks and repeatable processes
- Support creator, ambassador, or partnership programs to drive distribution

- Creative problem-solver who enjoys experimenting and iterating fast
- Good understanding of social platforms, viral mechanics, and consumer apps
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Experience Level
- Students, recent graduates, or early-career professionals are welcome
- Prior experience in growth, marketing, startups, consulting, or analytics is a plus
- Experience running experiments, campaigns, or side projects (personal or professional)
- Familiarity with metrics like CAC, retention, activation, and conversion rates is a bonus
- No strict requirements on years of experience—execution and curiosity matter most
