Business Operations Planning Specialist
Summary Of The Role
In this role, you’ll support capacity and resource planning, reporting, and process improvement to help teams make informed decisions and enable smooth operations across the organization.
In This Role You’ll / Your Main Responsibilities
- Collect and consolidate inputs to build annual budget plans and monitor budget developments throughout the year.
- Provide clear, timely reports and dashboards that summarize revenue, costs, and resource usage.
- Assess resource availability and ramp‑up needs for services and coordinate resource requests across teams.
Process & Performance Improvement
- Document and improve processes to support operational clarity and efficiency.
- Identify meaningful performance indicators and support teams in evaluating process effectiveness.
- Recommend tools, methods, and improvements that enhance operational quality and performance.
Management Support & Communication
- Prepare presentations for leadership teams, summarizing strategy, activities, and progress.
- Collaborate on developing and maintaining training programs with the Learning & Development teams.
- Coordinate internal communication activities with the Communications team and support division‑wide initiatives.
About The Ideal Candidate
- Experience in operations planning, business analysis, or resource planning.
- Ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and communicate insights effectively.
- Skills in documentation, process improvement, or quality‑focused work.
- Proficiency with reporting tools or dashboards (e.g., data visualization platforms).
- Strong collaboration and communication skills across diverse teams.
