Sales Operations owns sales execution infrastructure and discipline. This role ensures Sales operates inside defined rules, data is clean, forecasts are real, and performance is measurable
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. CRM & Pipeline Discipline
- Owns deal stage enforcementEnsures required fields, next steps, close datesPrevents stale or manipulated pipeline
2. Forecast & Reporting Support
- Supports forecast accuracyMaintains pipeline and performance dashboardsEnsure consistent definitions and reporting
3. Quotas, Territories & Comp Mechanics
- Territory setup and maintenanceQuota configuration and adjustmentsComp plan mechanics and reporting (not design)
4. Sales Performance Visibility

QUALIFICATIONS
5–10 years in Sales Ops or RevOpsHands-on CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, Dynamics, etc.)Experience supporting complex B2B salesFamiliar with comp plans and territory modelsIdeal Candidate Profile
