Overview
Our client is seeking a Senior Sales Operations Reporting Analyst to support sales leadership with data-driven insights, reporting, and performance analysis. This role will partner closely with Sales, Finance, and Operations to deliver accurate reporting, improve visibility into sales performance, and drive process efficiency across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance sales performance dashboards and recurring reports (revenue, pipeline, bookings, forecasting, KPIs).
- Serve as a trusted analytics partner to Sales Leadership, providing actionable insights and ad hoc analysis.
- Own data integrity and reporting accuracy across CRM and related sales systems.
- Analyze trends in sales performance, productivity, territory performance, and conversion metrics.
- Support forecasting, quota tracking, and pipeline management processes.
- Partner with Sales Operations and Finance on compensation reporting, incentives, and performance metrics.
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting automation, scalability, and efficiency.
- Translate complex data into clear, executive-ready insights and presentations.
- Assist with CRM enhancements, data governance, and reporting best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
- 2-3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Analytics, or Revenue Operations.
- Strong experience building reports and dashboards using tools such as MS Excel and Dynamics CRM.
