Trybe is a startup that provides modern cloud-based software to clients in the hotel spa and wellness industries. We are on a mission to revolutionise their guest and back-of-house operational experiences. We’re a high performing, energetic team, looking for like-minded, talented individuals who want to embrace the start-up culture and work as a team as we continue to grow and take on new heights. We’re currently targeting the German market, and in need of an English and German speaker to join the growing onboarding team. It’s a little corny, but we really are a Tribe! We were founded in 2020 and are proud to list a number of leading spa and leisure operators across the World onboard with Trybe.
What the role involves

Build strong, trusted relationships with senior leaders and become the go-to person for all things revenue operations.
- Lead initiatives that drive real revenue growth using data, systems, and processes that help the business scale.
- Work with the leadership team to set ambitious financial goals and make sure the operational frameworks are in place to reach them.
- Manage and improve our revenue tech stack, including CRM, marketing automation, and customer success platforms, to ensure tools are used effectively and deliver results.
- Design, document, and enforce clear revenue processes so teams are aligned and working efficiently.
- Continuously analyze, optimize, and evolve processes to keep up with our fast-growing Series A pace.
Requirements
Who you are
-
You have 3+ years in Revenue Operations and are excited by the idea of building a RevOps function from the ground up in a growing scale-up.
- You know HubSpot inside and out and have hands-on experience with a variety of other sales, marketing, and customer success tools.
- You’ve owned RevOps end-to-end, from process design to technology adoption to reporting and analysis.
- You have a deep understanding of the full revenue cycle and make decisions based on data, not guesswork.
- You thrive in fast-moving environments and are motivated by creating real impact across the business.
