It's an exciting time as we undertake the expansion of our existing campus by adding an entry fee development offering.
A unique and immediate opportunity exists for an experienced and dynamic CFO to join Heath Village's leadership team. Reporting to the CEO, the selected candidate will be accountable for accurately overseeing all accounting, budgeting, tax and audit activities, managing financial analysis, forecasting and asset management and ensuring timely reporting. The CFO will also oversee all IT and systems related initiatives for the campus and ensure that financial and operations systems enhance productivity and align with business objectives.
Qualified candidates will possess a minimum of 10 years of senior level finance and accounting management experience with a demonstrated record of performance success. Preference will be given to candidates who have related experience gained in the seniors housing or healthcare sectors and those who have a high degree of professionalism, strong communication skills and a solid work ethic. Bond financing experience a plus. Salary will be based on experience and range from 200K-240K base plus bonus opportunity. As a senior leader within the organization, this position requires 100% of time on site (remote work is not offered). Relocation assistance offered.
