We’re hiring a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead financial strategy, governance, and execution in a hyper-growth crypto / fintech environment. This is a senior, high-impact role for a proven financial leader ready to scale a fast-moving organization.

💰 Compensation: $250,000 – $300,000

🔍 What You’ll Do
- Own and lead the company’s financial strategy and governance
- Deliver fast, accurate financial insights in a hyper-growth environment
- Manage liquidity, revenue streams, and financial controls
- Navigate global regulatory frameworks for tokens, crypto-native revenue, and emerging models
- Partner with banks, exchanges, and financial service providers
- Balance long-term strategic vision with hands-on execution
🎯 What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in finance, including 3+ years in senior leadership
- Prior CFO experience at a ~200-employee scale-up
- Background in crypto exchanges, DeFi protocols, trading firms, or high-growth fintech
- Strong understanding of global crypto and token-related regulations
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (MBA/CPA a plus, but elite builder experience is highly valued)

- Experience managing liquidity and crypto/fintech revenue models
- Excellent negotiation skills with financial institutions
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments
💸 Commission: $3,600
