Role Summary
The Group CFO will lead enterprise-wide financial strategy for a multi-entity manufacturing group. The role covers capital structuring, treasury & EXIM finance, governance, reporting, risk management, and investor relations, partnering closely with the Board and CEO to drive profitable growth and strong financial discipline.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling the entire finance team.
- MIS reporting, Cost Accounting.
- Planning Finance and debt structuring.
- Handling Internal Auditing and External Auditing team.
- Handling Public Relations.
- Need to handle Banks.
- Handling Taxation, regulatory authorities.
- Managing the entire financial systems and polices.
Candidate Profile
- CA / CMA /MBA Finance
- Minimum 3years experience in manufacturing / Industry operations
- Proven leadership at CFO / Group Finance Head level in mid-to-large organizations
- Experience in listed companies will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹41,399.09 - ₹100,000.00 per month
