The Director of Revenue will partner with our Government and Military Sales, Marketing, and Product Teams and work across the Revenue Operations functions in support of this Gov/Military business. Must be a self-starter who is comfortable working independently to drive change across functional teams. Must be comfortable presenting to Senior Leadership but also willing to roll up their sleeves to understand and articulate the hows and whys. This is a true utility player position.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent our Gov/Military Sales team across the Revenue Operations team to align/design process/content specific to the Gov/Military Team
- Collaborate with Gov/Military leadership team on in-depth analysis and narratives for monthly and quarterly Board of Director updates
- Involved in Quota Setting and Territory Design
- Facilitate Sales Forecasting and establish an Operating Cadence
- Establish Pipeline analytics working closely with the Reporting Team
- Assist to establish Sales training working closely with the Enablement Team
- Partner with Sales Leaders on the annual planning process to include Go-To-Market strategy, Investment opportunities, and Sales Compensation
- Represent Sales in cross functional projects
- Represent Sales in CPQ design
Basic Qualifications
- 10+ year in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Sales Finance or combinations of all three
- 10+ years of experience is software sales, specifically subscription or SaaS offerings
- Experience supporting Gov/Military Sales required
- Expertise in Sales Forecasting tools and Process
- Salesforce CRM, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office experience
- Experience with Pipeline Analytics and pipeline goal setting
- Experience in Reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI or like reporting tools
- Experience in Go-to-market Strategy, compensation, territory design
- Preference is a hybrid arrangement in Austin, TX.
Pay Information
Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
