Role Summary
The CRO will own global revenue growth and lead Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Alliances, and Revenue Operations. This is a senior leadership role focused on scaling revenue to $300M+ through enterprise sales, account expansion, and a disciplined go-to-market strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Own global revenue targets and GTM strategy
- Scale enterprise sales and large-deal execution
- Drive new logo acquisition and account growth
- Build predictable pipeline, forecasting, and sales discipline
- Strengthen strategic partnerships and alliances
- Act as executive sponsor for key customers and deals
Ideal Profile
- 20+ years in IT Services / Technology Consulting
- Proven experience scaling revenue in the $100M–$300M range
- Strong enterprise B2B sales and global market exposure
- Experience selling digital, cloud, data, and managed services
- Hands-on leader with strong CXO-level engagement skills
