We’re Hiring: Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)
We are seeking a seasoned Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead Saicon’s next phase of growth and help scale the business to $300M+ in revenue.
Role Summary
The CRO will own global revenue growth and provide executive leadership across Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Alliances, and Revenue Operations. This senior leadership role is focused on driving enterprise sales, expanding strategic accounts, and executing a disciplined, scalable go-to-market strategy.
The CRO will work closely with the CEO, executive leadership team, and board to build predictable, profitable growth.

- 20+ years of experience in IT Services / Technology Consulting
- Proven success scaling revenue in the $100M–$300M range
- Strong enterprise B2B sales leadership and global market exposure
- Experience selling Digital, Cloud, Data, and Managed Services offerings
- Hands-on executive with strong CXO-level engagement and deal leadership experience

- Achieve predictable revenue growth toward the $300M+ target
- Improve sales productivity, win rates, and deal size
- Build a strong enterprise pipeline with multi-year, strategic engagements
- Increase account expansion, renewals, and net revenue retention
- Establish scalable, repeatable go-to-market and revenue operations
