The ROLE:
We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Senior Manager, Global Product Marketing & GTM Strategy to drive product marketing and go-to-market activations across global markets. This role sits at the intersection of portfolio-level product strategy, global GTM planning, promotional planning, and cross-functional leadership, ensuring that product storytelling and launches are consistent, impactful, and aligned with brand growth goals.
You will work closely with regional and global teams to plan launches, manage communications calendars, and deliver innovative promotional initiatives. What YOU’ll do:
Global Product Marketing & Messaging
- Develop and maintain global product positioning, messaging, and storytelling frameworks for both new launches and core franchise products.
- Ensure product messaging reflects consumer insights, market trends, and brand values.
- Partner with Artistry, Education, Consumer Insights, and R&D teams to integrate expert and consumer feedback into all product marketing materials.
- Conduct competitive analyses to refine differentiation strategies and identify whitespace opportunities.
- Own the creation and distribution of product marketing assets, including product briefs, toolkits, FAQs, training guides, and campaign decks.
Global GTM Planning & Execution
- Lead global go-to-market strategies for product launches, seasonal campaigns, and high-visibility initiatives.
- Manage the Master Brand/GTM calendar and maintain a global communication calendar to ensure coordinated messaging and timely execution across markets.
- Develop global GTM toolkits to serve as the single source of truth for product information and launch materials.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine GTM frameworks for efficiency, scalability, and alignment with growth objectives.
- Track and monitor global execution, ensuring consistency, timelines, and performance metrics are met.
Promotional Planning & Execution
- Lead strategy and execution for sampling programs, curated product sets, merchandising, and limited edition initiatives across global markets.
- Partner with Retail, Education, Marketing, and Creative teams to ensure promotional offerings drive engagement, trial, and sales.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and operational workflows to deliver impactful promotional campaigns globally.
- Track results and optimize future promotional initiatives based on performance.
Cross-Functional Leadership & Collaboration
- Serve as the central point of contact for cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment across Marketing, Product Development, Retail, Education, Social Media, and PR.
- Support Influencer and PR teams in activating high-impact campaigns and presenting pipeline plans to agencies globally.
- Lead project management for launches, managing multiple stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables.
We’d like YOU to have:
- 7+ years of experience in product marketing, GTM strategy, or project management in beauty, fashion, or CPG industries.
- Proven experience in portfolio-level marketing, global GTM planning, and cross-functional project management.
- Strong understanding of GTM frameworks, launch calendars, and campaign orchestration.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills with the ability to lead cross-regional teams.
- Expertise in consumer behavior, product positioning, brand storytelling, and promotional planning.
- Experience working with third-party vendors and agencies to deliver global events and activations.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet).

- Product launches and campaigns are executed on time, on-brand, and consistently across global markets.
- Cross-functional teams are aligned, supported, and informed throughout GTM and promotional processes.
- Insights from global markets are effectively captured and shared to inform future launches and campaigns.
