Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in management consulting, business development, go-to-market strategy, sales operations, business planning or program management in the technology industry.
- Experience managing a team and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Experience leading global or regional programs and initiatives with GTM and sales teams.
- Experience in cloud go-to-market (GTM) strategy and commercial programs.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience planning and managing at both the strategic and operational levels.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies, products, and the market landscape.
- Excellent business acumen, thought leadership, and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive business implications and actions from data.

The GTM Practice organization, as part of the Customer Experience organization, is the central global organization that owns the development and activation of go-to-market plans across all product areas for Google Cloud. This organization is responsible for setting strategy with deep understanding of product and the market and activating the field against the largest addressable market opportunities, managing performance feedback loops to accelerate and enable the Go To Market organization to deliver on the financial plan.
The GTM Programs team within GTM practice delivers the integrated portfolio of commercial programs that fuels our GTM strategy and guides profitable customer acquisition and growth.
As a GTM Programs Regional Leader for the Americas, you will lead and land the portfolio in a geographic region, work with/through regional GTM and sales teams to guide enablement and program utilization, understand/synthesize and action field insights with global stakeholders, and identify net new regional needs to close gap to plan. This is a leadership role that is the critical bridge between global teams that build programs and sales teams that leverage them to win.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $165,000-$239,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Guide execution of programs with regional GTM and sales teams to drive business growth and align with global strategy. Adjust regional execution plans aligned to nuances/needs of sub-regions/markets.
- Develop regional Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), localized training materials, and build enablement/agreement clinics to support seller success with global programs.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., GTM, Partner, Engineering, Operations) to raise, prioritize and resolve field blockers and streamline agreement execution.
- Establish feedback loops with field teams to influence global program strategy/plan and integrate program insights into regional Rhythm of Business (RoB).
- Prepare and present strategic recommendations and business reviews to executive leadership and key stakeholders to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
