Job Title: Sales Analytics & Enablement Manager
Location: Glendale Heights, Illinois
Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a manufacturing organization in Glendale Heights, Illinois to identify a Sales Analytics & Enablement Manager. This role serves as a strategic partner to the Vice President of Sales, driving performance analytics, forecasting accuracy, KPI development, and business systems optimization. The position plays a critical role in aligning sales strategy with manufacturing operations and supporting revenue growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reporting tools to track sales performance and identify trends.
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting processes, including variance analysis and pipeline risk assessment.
- Consolidate input from Sales and Customer Service teams to build accurate revenue forecasts.
- Partner with Operations, Finance, IT, and Product teams to align quota setting, production capacity, and annual planning.
- Monitor account penetration, cross-selling effectiveness, and territory performance across national and regional accounts.
- Provide insights into win/loss trends, pricing, margin performance, and market share.
- Track new product commercialization, forecast confidence, and adoption timelines to ensure sales readiness.
- Serve as the primary business systems resource for the Sales organization, driving reporting accuracy and usability improvements.
- Prepare KPI-driven discussion materials and strategic insights for Sales Leadership meetings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Enablement, or related analytical roles.
- Experience supporting a manufacturing or industrial organization preferred.
- Strong proficiency in CRM systems, advanced Excel, and Microsoft 365 reporting tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strategic mindset with strong attention to detail.
Work Environment:
This position operates in a standard office environment and may require occasional evening or weekend work to support business needs.
