Sales Analytics & Enablement
LHH is seeking a data‑driven Sales Analytics Specialist to drive revenue growth through analytics, forecasting, systems optimization, and strategic planning. This role plays a key part in enabling sales performance and aligning cross‑functional teams in a manufacturing environment.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with the VP of Sales on performance analytics, KPIs, forecasting, and sales planning
- Build dashboards, scorecards, and reports to track trends and performance
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting processes
- Identify pipeline risks and opportunities and provide actionable insights
- Collaborate with Operations, Finance, IT, Product, and Customer Service
- Track target accounts, cross‑sell effectiveness, and product sales plans
- Support new product commercialization and sales readiness
- Own and optimize IQMS for the sales organization
- Prepare executive‑level insights tied to KPIs and strategic initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 4+ years in Sales Ops, Revenue Ops, or Sales Enablement
- Manufacturing or industrial experience
- Strong CRM, Excel, Microsoft 365, and reporting skills
- Excellent analytical and communication abilities
Salary Range: $95,000-$115,000
