Next-GrowthStep is a product marketing & growth company working with SaaS, AI, and B2B brands across global markets. We’re looking for a Zoho CRM and Implementation Specialist.
For our internal operations and client-delivery teams, we’re looking for a Zoho CRM Expert who can independently manage, optimise, and automate Zoho across leads, sales, workflows, invoicing, reporting, and integrations.
About the Role
This is NOT a basic CRM operator role.
We want someone who deeply understands Zoho’s ecosystem, can build automations, configure modules, improve data flows, and ensure that the company and clients run efficiently through a well-structured CRM backbone.
You will work directly with the founder and internal teams to manage Zoho across multiple functions.

Key Responsibilities
1. Zoho CRM Management
- Configure, maintain, and optimise Zoho CRM
- Manage all modules: Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Deals, Tasks, Notes
- Ensure accurate and clean data flow across the CRM
- Set up dashboards, reports, workflows, and automation rules.
2. Automations & Integrations
- Build workflows using Zoho Flow, Blueprint, and Automation
- Connect Zoho CRM with other Zoho apps (Zoho Books, Zoho Campaigns, Zoho Forms, etc.)
- Integrate CRM with external platforms (email tools, websites, ad tracking, forms)
- Ensure seamless lead-routing, scoring, nurturing, and sales automation.
3. Lead & Sales Management
- Create and manage pipelines for sales and marketing funnels
- Track leads from capture → qualification → deal → close
- Set up automated follow-ups and reminders
- Maintain activity logs and pipeline hygiene
4. Invoicing & Financial Workflows
- Manage Zoho Invoice setup
- Generate invoices, estimate templates, and payment reminders
- Coordinate with internal teams on the accounting checkpoint
5. Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams
- Support the founder with CRM insights, dashboards, and reporting
- Set up systems that make team workflows faster and more transparent
6. Reporting & Analytics
Build Daily/Weekly dashboards for:
- Lead flow & source performance
- Sales pipeline status
- Conversion rates
- Activity tracking
- Revenue and invoicing updates
- Suggest improvements based on CRM insights
What We’re Looking For
Technical Skills
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Zoho CRM (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of Zoho ecosystem:
- Zoho CRM, Zoho Campaigns, Zoho Flow, Zoho Forms, Zoho Integration
- Deep knowledge of workflows, automation, blueprints, and data mapping
- Ability to manage integrations with websites, social media,and landing pages
- Comfortable working with reports and custom dashboards
- Bonus: Experience with API integrations
