Role Overview:
The Client Services & Business Operations Manager will play a key role in managing client relationships, operational workflows, and compliance requirements for the firm’s unit registered under the IFSCA (TechFin and Ancillary Services) Regulations, 2025. The role combines client servicing, regulatory coordination, operational management, and business development support, ensuring that all engagements are delivered efficiently, ethically, and in full compliance with IFSCA norms.

Skills & Competencies:
- Deep understanding of professional services (tax, accounting, compliance, technology advisory) and IFSC regulatory framework.
- Familiarity with IFSCA’s TechFin & Ancillary Services Regulations (2025) and related reporting obligations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong operational and analytical abilities, with focus on regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital workflow tools (CRM, ERP, or practice management software).
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and cross-functional coordination.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Compliance accuracy under IFSCA reporting and filing timelines.
- Client satisfaction and retention rate.
- Timely completion of deliverables and project milestones.
- Operational efficiency (turnaround time, billing accuracy, documentation completeness).
- Successful completion of internal and regulatory audits.
- New service initiatives or process improvements implemented under TechFin/Ancillary framework.
