We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 1–3 years of post-qualification experience to manage financial accounting, audits, GST & TDS compliance, payroll, and financial reporting.
The role requires strong analytical skills and expertise in taxation and accounting standards to support strategic decision-making.
• Conduct statutory, internal, and management audits (Ind AS / IGAAP compliance)
• Prepare and finalize Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, and Cash Flow Statements
• Handle GST filings (GSTR-1, 3B, 9/9C) and ITC reconciliation
• Manage TDS compliance (24Q, 26Q, 27Q, 27EQ) and supervise payroll
• Support tax audits, assessments, and statutory filings
• Prepare MIS reports and financial analytical dashboards
• Conduct variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
• Liaise with auditors and government authorities
• Mentor junior accounting staff and ensure compliance controls
• Financial audit and reporting expertise
• Strong knowledge of GST and TDS compliance
• Direct and indirect taxation knowledge
• Advanced MS Excel and Tally proficiency
• ERP knowledge preferred
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
