Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Chief Financial Officer, based in New York, NY, with flexibility for some remote work. The CFO will oversee the company’s financial planning, manage financial risks, and optimize financial performance. Key responsibilities will include preparing financial statements, leading financial reporting, managing budgets and forecasts, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The role also involves providing strategic recommendations to the executive team based on financial analysis and reporting.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Financial Planning and Finance to ensure effective allocation of resources and strategic financial decision-making.
- Strong skills in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting for accuracy and compliance in documenting the organization’s financial position.
- Exceptional Analytical Skills for developing insights and guiding profitable growth and performance improvements.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and the ability to communicate financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
- Prior experience of stablecoin issurance is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or MBA is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership experience with a proven track record in a senior financial role.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
