Job Overview
We are seeking a highly strategic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our company's financial planning, management, and growth initiatives. Duties
- Develop and oversee the company’s financial strategy, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Lead all financial operations, including accounting, treasury, and compliance functions.
- Manage relationships with investors, banks, and other stakeholders to facilitate funding and strategic partnerships.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs across departments.
- Provide leadership in business development initiatives to expand market presence and revenue streams.
- Oversee risk management strategies to safeguard company assets and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to set long-term organizational goals and ensure alignment with financial strategies.
- Lead negotiations for major contracts, investments, and partnerships to secure favorable terms for the organization.
- Implement project management best practices to ensure timely delivery of financial projects and initiatives.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Chief Financial Officer or senior finance executive within a similar industry or organization.
- Demonstrated success in leading financial planning, analysis, and reporting at an executive level.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of securing advantageous deals and partnerships.
- Expertise in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is preferred.
- Experience in business development activities that resulted in measurable growth or expansion.
- Exceptional leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams and driving organizational change.
- Proficiency in project management tools and techniques to oversee complex initiatives effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications such as CPA or CFA are highly desirable. Pay: $89,917.78-$209,821.03 per year
