The Role
As Revenue Operations Manager, you'll be the operational backbone of the Sales and Customer Success organisation — driving execution, enforcing rigour, and owning the infrastructure that powers sales performance. Your mission is to optimise the mechanics of selling: from forecast accuracy and pipeline hygiene to territory and quota management. You bring structure, precision, and analytical insight to help Sales hit their number — predictably and efficiently.
This role is not about strategy or AI experimentation. It’s about enabling repeatable execution at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and improve pipeline hygiene, CRM governance, and stage progression rules in HubSpot.
- Design and enforce sales cadences, funnel velocity checkpoints, and inspection rhythms.
- Build and maintain actionable dashboards and reports for performance, coverage, attainment, and funnel metrics.
- Lead deal desk operations, ensuring compliance, pricing accuracy, and approvals flow.
- Support territory design, quota setting, and capacity planning based on business priorities.
- Drive sales process optimisation and enforce adoption through enablement and systems.
- Senior accountability for Sales Enablement through working with sales and marketing functions to develop playbooks, hand-off design, and operational onboarding.
- Govern the integrity and scalability of the Sales tech stack and processes.
- Own sales forecasting processes in partnership with Sales leadership, ensuring high accuracy and accountability.

- CRM stage compliance and pipeline hygiene health score
- Quota attainment distribution and sales productivity per rep
- SLA adherence for deal desk and approval processes
- Sales cycle consistency and stage conversion benchmarks
- Forecast accuracy
Cross-Functional Partnerships
- Direct reporting line = Sales Leadership (daily collaboration for cadence & performance)
- Marketing & RevOps GTM (for sales enablement and campaign lead-flow handoff clarity)
- Finance (for quota, compensation, and forecasting alignment)
What Success Looks Like (6–12 Months)
- Pipeline is well-managed, free of dead deals, and consistently progressing.
- Sales reps are operating with clarity and consistency in process and expectations.
- Leadership reports are self-serve, timely, and focused on performance levers.
- Deal desk SLAs are predictable, and reps know exactly how to get deals done.
- The business has complete trust in the forecast.
