About Us
Insurance Insider is the premier data and intelligence business serving senior leaders across the global insurance and reinsurance markets. Having gained independence through a private equity deal in January 2025, we are on a journey to become the Bloomberg of insurance, and need a GTM function that matches up to our ambition.
Therefore, we are looking for a rev ops leader, reporting directly to the CRO, that can marry traditional rev ops and GTM engineering, owning GTM systems architecture and driving meaningful productivity gains through AI and automation.
The ideal candidate will bring fresh ideas and experience to continue to professionalize and optimize our systems and processes, uncovering business opportunities. They will also be happy to roll up their sleeves and execute on the plan, working alongside a small RevOps team, ultimately having ownership over sales team data governance. The role is very much focused on super-charging our per-seat subscription model to scale efficiently by strengthening our systems, automation, and data infrastructure.
Role Purpose
Having set a GTM systems roadmap with strong foundations in place, this role will be responsible for delivering that roadmap end-to-end, improving architecture and robustness around data accuracy, and evolving our lead-to-cash engine into a scalable, automation-driven revenue platform.

- Systems architect and execution owner
- Lead-to-cash process owner (new business + renewals)
- Internal GTM technology expert
- Manager of two Revenue Operations Analysts
- Primary liaison to our outsourced Salesforce administration partner

- Translate commercial strategy into scalable workflows and system design
- Partner with outsourced Salesforce admins to define requirements, test releases, and ensure quality delivery
- Drive AI and automation initiatives that materially reduce manual work and improve productivity
- Establish advanced usage and best practices across our GTM tools
- Improve forecast accuracy, data hygiene, and reporting reliability, including sales pipeline governance
- Develop and mentor two Revenue Operations Analysts
GTM Tech Stack Ownership
This role must become the in-house expert across our commercial technology stack, ensuring we extract maximum ROI from our existing tools (below) and if appropriate making recommendations for additional tooling:
- Salesforce (system architecture, workflows, data model oversight)
- Salesloft (sequencing, activity capture, automation)
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator (account intelligence and CRM integration)
- ZoomInfo (data enrichment and intent workflows)
- Hyperbound (enablement and coaching workflows)
- Hubspot (marketing and client communications)
Success means moving from functional usage to optimised, integrated, automation-driven adoption.

- Identify repetitive manual tasks across the revenue lifecycle
- Design AI-supported workflows to improve speed and quality
- Embed automation into lead routing, renewals, enrichment, reporting, and sales execution
- Quantify productivity improvements and operational leverage
This is commercially driven AI adoption focused on measurable ROI.
