You'll own go-to-market from day one – leads, proposals, closes, customer support. You'll work directly with our Head of Business Development and touch everything: sales, marketing, PR, events.
We're building ceiling-based robots for warehouse logistics. First of its kind. Systems already live in EU and US. The humanoid robotics boom is coming, and we're positioned to be a key part of it.
What You'll Do
- Work through 1,000+ qualified leads and close deals independently
- Create proposals for complex hardware installations
- Travel to customer sites for demos and installations
- Represent CeiliX at trade shows and industry events
- Build automations to manage the pipeline
- Support customers post-sale and coordinate with engineering
Setup
Remote. Once a month you'll need to go to the office in Euskirchen (Cologne-Bonn area) where our engineers work. Plus you'll need to do customer visits all around Germany, so a car is helpful but not required. Company will pay for train or rental car when needed.
What We Need
Must-haves
- Fluent German + English (C2 both)
- Bachelor's degree + evidence you get stuff done (side projects, leadership, entrepreneurship)
- Self-starter who figures things out without a playbook
- Technical curiosity – you want to understand how it works
Nice-to-haves
- B2B or industrial sales experience
- French or Spanish
- Hardware/robotics exposure
