We are looking for experience Chartered Accountant with over 5 years’ experience in leading the Finance Team of a Charitable Trust (Registered under BPT Act). He or She will manage the budgets, investments, and reporting, acting as a key advisor to the board, and often require strong financial acumen, leadership, and relevant qualifications.
Job Responsibilities : -
(1) Day to Day overseeing and reviewing and approving of financial transactions
(2) Compliance – GST, Income Tax, FCRA and Charity Commissioner
(3) Financial Due Diligence and verification of budgets for new projects
(4) Over all seeing of Investments of the surplus funds from statutory and profitability perspective
(5) Coordination of renewals of 12A/80G/FCRA and others with consultant
(6) Overall monitoring of the SOP, periodic MIS, periodic statement of expenditure of all projects and yearly submissions
(7) Reviewing the over all process of preparation of financial statements.
(8) Providing timely support to the project team for budgeting and finalization of utilization certificate.
