Role Overview:
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be a strategic business partner to the Board and Leadership, driving financial excellence, governance, and growth strategy across the Group. The role demands a balance of financial stewardship, capital efficiency, and digital transformation leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Operations, Compliance & Risk Management – Strengthen internal control frameworks, manage taxation and audits, and implement risk management mechanisms.
- Business Growth & Capital Structuring – Drive investment strategy, funding initiatives, and working capital optimization; engage with investors for long-term capital planning.
- Investor Relations & Stakeholder Engagement – Build transparency and trust through accurate financial reporting and performance visibility.
- Mergers, Acquisitions & Corporate Restructuring – Lead due diligence, M&A, and partnership structuring for expansion and diversification.
- Digital Transformation & Financial Innovation – Drive ERP/SAP optimization and data-driven forecasting, embedding technology in decision-making.
Candidate Profile:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) / CMA / MBA (Finance) – Tier 1 or 2 B-School.
- 15–20 years of experience in financial strategy, corporate finance, and M&A.
- Proven experience as CFO or senior finance leader in a growth-driven enterprise.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management capabilities.
