Key Responsibilities
- Drive financial strategy aligned with business expansion
- Oversee accounting, MIS, audits, budgeting & forecasting
- Manage project costing, cash flows, and profitability
- Ensure statutory compliance (GST, TDS, IT, ROC, audits)
- Lead banking, funding, and working capital management
- Implement strong internal controls and ERP systems
- Collaborate with project & procurement teams for financial efficiency
- Build and mentor a high-performing finance team
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of finance experience (Architecture / EPC / Construction / Real Estate preferred)
- Strong expertise in project-based accounting & compliance
- Strategic mindset with operational depth
- Excellent leadership, analytical & communication skills
Qualifications
CA or ICWA – Mandatory
MBA (Finance) – Preferred
