Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Chief Financial Officer role based in Pune. The CFO will oversee all financial and fiscal management aspects of the business, including financial planning and analysis, preparation of financial statements, and financial reporting. The position involves monitoring company performance, identifying financial risks, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing strategic financial guidance to the senior leadership team. Additionally, the role requires evaluating investment opportunities, managing budgets, and fostering financial efficiency to support organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Financial Planning, including budgeting and long-term projections
- Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reports
- Strong knowledge of Finance and Analytical Skills to support decision-making
- Experience in Financial Reporting and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred
- Proven track record of strategic financial leadership in a similar industry or role
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive organizational growth
