Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Abroad for a Chief Sales Officer. The Chief Sales Officer will oversee and drive overall sales operations, develop high-performing sales strategies, and guide the sales team toward achieving company targets. Responsibilities include setting revenue goals, analyzing market trends, managing sales teams, providing training, and collaborating with stakeholders to develop innovative solutions that boost business growth.

- Proven experience in Training and mentoring sales teams
- Effective leadership and Team Management abilities
- Strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and business acumen
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
- Experience in immigration consultancy or a related field is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is preferred
