Role Summary:
The RevOps Lead owns the end-to-end revenue engine across sales, marketing, customer success, payer contracting, and reimbursement operations for a Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) organization. This role ensures predictable, compliant, and scalable revenue growth by aligning people, processes, data, and technology across the full patient-to-payment lifecycle.
You will operate at the intersection of healthcare reimbursement, GTM operations, analytics, and systems, translating RPM clinical utilization into billable, collectible revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Revenue Engine Strategy
Design and operationalize the revenue lifecycle: Lead → Provider Contract → Patient Enrollment → Device Activation → Monitoring → CPT Billing → Reimbursement → Retention/Expansion.
Build scalable processes for Medicare, Medicare Advantage, and Commercial RPM billing models.
Own revenue forecasting models tied to device utilization, CPT eligibility, and claim realization rates.
2. Reimbursement & Billing Operations
Collaborate with billing teams to optimize performance on:
RPM CPT codes (e.g., device setup, data transmission, care management time)
Claims acceptance and denial management
Documentation compliance
Monitor and improve:
Claims success rates
AR aging
Revenue leakage
Build dashboards connecting clinical engagement metrics → billable events → paid claims.
3. Customer Success & Retention Operations
Standardize provider onboarding workflows.
Track utilization benchmarks that drive recurring revenue:
Patient adherence
Data transmission frequency
Care team time thresholds
Build expansion models for multi-site health systems and IDNs.
4. Data, Analytics & Forecasting
Develop revenue dashboards spanning:
Contracted ARR
Realized RPM revenue
Cohort performance by provider type
Reimbursement lag trends
Own board-level reporting on:
Revenue predictability
Payor mix
Unit economics (Revenue per patient, per provider, per device)
5. Systems & Automation
Architect the commercial tech stack:
CRMBilling & RCM tools
EHR integrations
Data warehouse / BI tools
Automate workflows across sales handoff, enrollment, eligibility, and billing triggers.
6. Compliance Alignment
Ensure revenue processes align with:
CMS billing requirements
HIPAA data handling
Audit readiness for RPM documentation
Qualification:
- 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or Commercial Operations
- 3+ years in U.S. healthcare reimbursement models
- Direct experience with RPM, RTM, CCM, or value-based care billing
- Strong understanding of: CPT-based reimbursement; Claims workflows; RCM performance metrics
- Expertise with CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot)
- Advanced analytics skills (SQL, BI tools, financial modeling)
- Experience in a digital health startup or scale-up
- Exposure to Medicare RPM reimbursement models
- Familiarity with healthcare integrations (HL7/FHIR)
- Experience working with clinical operations teams
