We’re Hiring: Salesforce CPQ & Billing – Production Support (L2/L3)
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Support Professional with strong hands‑on expertise in Salesforce CPQ and Salesforce Billing who can join us immediately.

Role Summary
You will be responsible for supporting Salesforce CPQ & Billing applications, resolving production issues, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to keep Q2C operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Provide L2/L3 production support for Salesforce CPQ & Billing
Troubleshoot issues related to:
Product configuration
Pricing, discounts, approvals
Quotes, orders, contracts, invoicing
Handle incident management, RCA, and defect fixes
Support end‑to‑end Quote to Cash (Q2C) processes
Partner with Sales, Finance & Operations teams to resolve system issues
Perform data fixes using SOQL and Data Loader
Assist with UAT, regression testing & deployment validations
Maintain SOPs, documentation & knowledge articles
Ensure SLA adherence and support best practices
Collaborate with Salesforce admins, developers & vendors
Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of Salesforce experience
Strong hands‑on experience with:
Salesforce CPQ
Salesforce Billing
Good knowledge of Sales Cloud objects & data model
Experience with:
Bundles, pricing rules, discount schedules
Approval processes & quote templates
Orders, contracts, subscriptions
Billing events, tax, amendments
Strong SOQL & troubleshooting skills
Experience with flows, validation rules, debug logs
Exposure to integrations (APIs) is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce CPQ Specialist or Admin certification
Experience in AMS / Production Support environments
Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy)
Knowledge of Agile/ITIL processes
