Role: Business Analyst Intern (Revenue Operations)

About the Role
We are looking for a Business Analyst Intern to support our Revenue Operations team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, understands business problems, and can turn numbers into insights. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Strategy teams to improve processes, reporting, and decision-making.
This is not a heavy technical coding role - we need someone who can think in business terms, understand context quickly, and use tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and AI solutions to solve problems
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve reports and dashboards (mainly in Excel & Google Sheets)
- Support process improvement initiatives across Sales and Operations
- Help document workflows, SOPs, and business processes
- Assist in data cleaning, validation, and ensuring data accuracy
- Use AI tools to automate repetitive tasks and improve efficiency
- Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and convert them into analysis
Required Skills & Abilities
These are must-haves:
- Strong working knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets
- Formulas, lookups, pivot tables, data cleaning
- Comfortable working with large datasets
- Good business understanding — able to think beyond numbers
- Strong analytical and logical thinking
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Attention to detail and a structured way of working
- Curious to learn how business functions like Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Operations work
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
These are a plus, not mandatory:
- Exposure to AI tools / automation tools (ChatGPT, Zapier, etc.)
- Understanding of basic business metrics (revenue, pipeline, conversion rates, etc.)
- Experience with dashboards (Power BI, Looker Studio, or similar)
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Experience in documenting processes or building SOPs
- Ability to think about process optimization, not just reporting
