About the Role:
Elucidata is looking for a hands-on Revenue Operations, Deal Desk, and Contract Ops owner who can bring discipline and speed to how we forecast, price, and close deals. This role sits at the center of our GTM engine owning CRM hygiene, pipeline reporting, pricing support, and end-to-end commercial workflows across NDAs, MSAs/SaaS agreements, SOWs, and Order Forms.
You will partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and legal counsel to keep deals moving from first quote to signature, ensuring documentation is accurate, approvals are clean, contracts are executed on time, and every agreement is logged and searchable for downstream teams. The goal is simple: reduce friction, shorten deal cycles, and improve forecasting confidence.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Forecasting & Business Reporting
- Track and analyze key revenue metrics: pipeline, funnel stages & conversion rates, bookings, deal sizes, and sales cycle length.
- Provide regular revenue forecasts and pipeline updates to leadership and key stakeholders.
Pricing & Deal Desk Operations
- Maintain and evolve standard pricing structures (rate cards, packaging, discount guidelines) in partnership with leadership, Finance, and Sales.
- Ensure strong “contract hygiene”: version control, status tracking, key term capture (renewals, payment terms, termination), and storage of fully executed agreements.
CRM & Process Operations
- Maintain high-quality CRM data: accuracy, completeness, stage discipline, close dates, and required deal fields.
- Troubleshoot CRM issues and drive process improvements (workflows, automation, reporting, templates).
Contracting & Legal Coordination (NDA / MSA / SOW / Order Forms)
- Own the contracting workflow using existing templates (NDA, SOW, Order Forms, MSA/SaaS templates are in place).
- Coordinate with legal stakeholders for reviews and escalation for complex redlines, non-standard clauses, or higher-risk negotiations.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, Deal Desk, Contract Ops, or a similar role.
- Working experience coordinating NDAs/MSAs/SOWs/Order Forms and driving contracts to execution.
- Excellent stakeholder management: ability to coordinate across Sales, Finance, Customer Success, and Legal.
- High attention to detail, structured thinking, and comfort handling multiple moving deals in parallel.
Why Join Elucidata?
- High-ownership role at the center of GTM execution your work directly impacts deal velocity and forecasting confidence.
- Direct visibility with leadership and opportunities to shape core operating workflows.
- Work at the intersection of AI, life sciences, and real customer outcomes.
- A chance to build scalable systems early, not inherit broken ones later.
